PRIVATE YACHT MANAGEMENT allows you to enjoy owning a beautiful yacht instead of struggling to maintain it. Our services typically entail scheduling cleaning crews, routine running of engines and systems, maintining logs, and serious concern for preventative maintenance. We have 3 different levels of service available as well as customized programs for unique situations.

CHARTER MANAGEMENT puts the boat to work while it is not being used and can pay a substantial amount of the ownership overhead. Our services involve all the above plus marketing, handling bookings and deposits, skipper qualification checks, dealing with regional charter regulations, pre and post charter checkouts, insurance risk management, and frequent deliveries to charter locations.

HOW IT WORKS. Our experts survey your vessel and determine a realistic inspection, maintenance and cleaning schedule. We present you with a written management agreement outlining all of our costs and responsibilities. All services, materials, maintenance logs and records are entered online as they happen. We maintain an online vessel calendar for private and charter vessels so that you can schedule your time on the boat without conflicting with charters or maintenance.

3 TIERS OF SERVICE FOR PRIVATE YACHTS

SILVER SERVICE . This introductory level of service is to basically keep a safety eye on your boat. Twice a month we check your docklines, inspect the bilge levels and pumps, battery voltages. Inspection reports are logged online as they happen. Yearly Fee $495 *

GOLD SERVICE . This intermediate level of service includes everything above plus running of engines, generators, and other major systems. Engines are run long enough to come up to temperature and to charge batteries. We check and drain fuel filters. Yearly Fee $995 **

PLATINUM SERVICE . This is the ultimate service and what we recommend for most yachts that are remote from their owners. All of the above services, plus monthly sea trials to check all systems under operating conditions. All cleaning and mechanical services are managed as needed and personally overseen. Yearly Fee $2995 ***

CHARTER MANAGEMENT

HIGH SERVICE PROGRAM . If your yacht fits our charter profile specifications we will manage the yacht for 40 percent of the yacht's charter income. The percentage covers booking, contracting, deposit escrows, skipper qualification, customer checkin and checkouts, chart briefings, accounting services, quarterly reporting, online booking calendar, unlimitted owner use. All Platinum Services are included. One Time Setup Fee $500. Charter Turn Around Fee $250

LOW SERVICE PROGRAM . If your yacht doesn't quite fit our charter profile but you still wish to offer it for charter, we are more than happy to manage the boat and the charters on a slightly different fee schedule.All of the above services are included. One Time Setup Fee $500, Yearly Marketing and Accounting Fee $500, Yearly Management Fee $995. Charter Turn Around Fee $250. 40% of all charter revenue.
