Owning your own yacht is an exciting privilege that most can only dream about. We love to help make this dream a reality for out charter boat owners. Seasoned yacht owners understand the necessity of keeping the yacht maintained in proper working order and that this can only be consistently achieved by regular use, upkeep, and maintenance. If you fall behind, the upkeep costs can spiral out of control. Most yacht owners do not have the time, skills, or desire to personally handle the constant upkeep. The average holding costs to keep a yacht running in "good as new" condition can quickly outrun the yacht's purchase price.
Simply a Smart Decision: Charter Management offers an intelligent alternative for owners who do not have unlimited time or funds to manage the demanding job of keeping thier yacht running perfectly. There is a common falicy that chartering your yacht will cause it to be run down. This perceptaion is perpetuated by poorly organized Charter Management Companies who have little motivation to keep your yacht running in great condition. To the contrary, 360 Yachting can and will keep your boat running and looking good as new.
Highest Possible Standards: 360 Yachting has only two profit centers: Charter Income and Yacht Repairs & Maintenance. Many charter companies' rely on yacht sales for profitability and use thier charter divisions as a write off or marketing tool to recruit new yacht buyers. Because we earn income from yacht maintenance and don't have a surplus of boats to subsitute when maintenance problems arise, it is in our best interest to keep all our yachts in perfect working order at all times. There is no 5 year term on your charter management contract with 360 Yachting. In fact, our goal is to keep your yacht in charter indefinitely and always in excellent condition.
Flexibility and Personal Service: 360 Yachting is a small and growing company that pays careful attention to our owners. We work for you and want you to fully enjoy any amount of time you desire on your yacht. Just let us know when you want to block out time for your use and we will not take bookings for that time period.
Honest Approach: Our approach to Charter Management is 100% Transparency. We'll tell it like it is. If you currently own a yacht and are considering chartering her we will assess the marketability of your yacht and give you an honest estimate of its charter potential and profitability.
360 Yachting intentionally meters the size of it's fleet. We aim to manage only enough boats to meet the demand of our charter market and invest heavily in the right marketing to recuit the best charter guests. Our aim is to sell 18-24 charters per year on each yacht in our fleet. We will only manage yachts we know have demand in our market. We are currently seeking 4-cabin Cats and 3-cabin Monohulls to join our fleet. We have room for both in our Florida Keys and Eleuthera, Bahamas charter bases.
