Yacht Charter Vacations

There are 3 basic types of charters. Bareboat, Captain Only, or Fully Crewed. The choice of which way to go depends primarily on your sailing experience, how much you want to spend, and lastly, how much work you want to do.
  • Captain Only - This is a bareboat charter with a captain on board to ensure the safety of the vessel and its crew.
  • Crewed Vacations - This is a charteryacht that has a full-time captain, hostess and possibly additional crew and includes provisions
  • Pure Bareboat - This is a boat lease where you personally take full responsibility for the vessel and must return it as you would a rental car (a very expensive rental car) .
